Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026

## 1. Parties and application

QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (company 9467453, NZBN 9429054042735), a New Zealand company trading as Quote Me Property, operates the marketplace at https://quotemeproperty.com (QMP, we, us). These owner-approved terms are dated 22 October 2026 and apply subject to appropriate notice and lawful acceptance. Publication does not replace an account’s previously recorded acceptance or a signed transaction agreement.

## 2. Definitions and associated documents

A customer requests work or purchases goods; a provider supplies services, including a contractor, professional, labour supplier or agency; a merchant or seller lists goods or other permitted offerings. A transaction is a particular job, booking or order. An agreement is the parties’ accepted transaction-specific terms. Account terms include these Terms of Use, the relevant role agreement, Membership and Payment Terms and applicable policies; the Privacy Policy explains processing rather than authorising every optional use of data.

## 3. Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement and authority to act for any business you represent. Give accurate contact, business and role details and do not impersonate another person. Access does not itself establish a licence, employment relationship or entitlement to regulated work. QMP may require proportionate verification for features where applicable; ordinary free customer registration remains available.

## 4. Account security

Use your own account, protect sign-in credentials and report suspected misuse promptly. Do not share another person’s private records or evade access restrictions. Owner and staff permissions, including two-step verification for protected owner actions, remain separate from ordinary membership. Staff cannot accept an agreement or verification consent on your behalf without an applicable lawful authority and permitted process.

## 5. Marketplace role

QMP facilitates listings, matching, quotations, introductions, bookings, communication and records. Unless a transaction expressly identifies QMP as the supplier, the customer contracts with the named provider or seller, not QMP, for the work or goods. An affiliated business is a distinct provider and does not receive competitors’ confidential quotes. QMP’s own services remain subject to its own legal obligations.

## 6. Listings, matching and availability

Supply truthful descriptions, lawful photographs and accurate availability. Indicative estimates, matching order, badges and community Likes are not promises of availability, suitability or performance. Only a badge supported by the applicable confirmation process indicates that particular check; identity verification is not a guarantee of quality, financial standing or every qualification. QMP may correct or restrict misleading or unsafe content with an appropriate record and support route.

## 7. Charges and transaction records

Customer registration and NZBN lookup are free. Customer and provider identity verification each cost NZ$10 once for a valid identity, including GST. Provider membership is NZ$10 monthly including GST, separate from verification. An optional authorised Centrix assessment costs NZ$29.99 including GST per consented assessment. No additional charge is created by this document. Approved marketplace commission and optional SiteScope pricing are described in the role and payment documents. Check the supplier, agreed price, payment milestones, cancellation conditions and reference before accepting a transaction. A bank-transfer report is not a receipt or proof that funds arrived.

## 8. Intellectual property and permitted use

QMP and its licensors retain their actual rights in QMP brand names, logos, mascots, original content, software, database compilations, platform designs and proprietary documentation. You may use the marketplace and view materials for its intended purposes. Do not reproduce, commercially exploit, scrape or distribute protected material or confidential data without lawful permission. No patent, registered trade mark or ownership of third-party technology is asserted merely by these terms; statutory exceptions and actual granted rights remain applicable.

## 9. Your content and confidentiality

You retain rights in your lawful uploads and grant QMP only the permissions reasonably needed to store, display, moderate and process them for the intended marketplace audience. You must have authority to supply the material. Private uploads do not become public through this permission. Do not reuse protected quotes, contacts, case records or proprietary documents outside the authorised transaction purpose. QMP handles these records under the Privacy Policy.

## 10. Availability and responsibility

QMP takes reasonable care in providing its own services, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee another party’s performance. You remain responsible for your own representations and agreed obligations. Any limitation operates only to the extent lawful and does not excuse QMP’s own non-excludable duties. Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. No blanket business-use exclusion applies. These terms introduce no arbitrary liability cap, blanket indemnity or compulsory arbitration.

## 11. Restrictions and closure

QMP may proportionately restrict an account to address fraud, unpaid obligations, verification issues, serious misuse or safety risks. Where lawful and practicable, it will explain the reason and how to seek review; urgent action may be taken first where necessary. Restrictions do not erase debts, statutory rights or historical records. Reinstatement depends on resolving the recorded issue, not on changing a genuine negative review.

## 12. Changes, precedence and historical records

Material changes require appropriate notice and fresh acceptance where required before applying to an existing user. Publication of this approved version cannot silently replace previous acceptances. New records identify the actual parties; historic signed contracts and financial snapshots retain their original parties. A transaction-specific agreement governs its scope and price without overriding non-excludable law or QMP’s separately accepted account fees. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues only so far as lawful and workable.

## 13. Notices and governing law

Contact quotemepropertynz@gmail.com or use the existing QMP support facility, identifying your account or transaction reference without sending identity documents or confidential financial reports by ordinary email. QMP sends account notices through the recorded email address and/or account notifications. Keep these details current; a notice does not deem money received or an agreement signed. New Zealand law applies. Parties may seek help through QMP support, an appropriate regulator, the Disputes Tribunal or a competent court. Informal resolution is encouraged but does not prevent urgent relief or statutory remedies, and does not stop statutory time limits.

## 14. Intellectual Property, Original Development & Proprietary Systems

Quote Me Property is a New Zealand-founded marketplace developed through original business planning, software development, platform design and operational innovation.

Quote Me Property Limited owns, or holds the applicable rights to, its original branding, content, proprietary documentation, confidential business information, internally developed systems and other intellectual property associated with the platform, subject to applicable third-party rights and agreements.

Our platform incorporates independently developed approaches to service discovery, marketplace coordination, project support, provider engagement, customer communication and business intelligence.

The design, development and evolution of Quote Me Property are supported by dated business records, technical documentation, software development histories and other records retained by the company.

All rights are reserved in accordance with applicable intellectual property, confidentiality, contract and other laws.

Unauthorised reproduction of protected content, misuse of confidential information, unlawful access to systems, infringement of intellectual property rights and prohibited extraction of proprietary data are not permitted.

Nothing in this notice claims exclusive ownership of general marketplace concepts, public-domain information or independently developed technology, nor does it imply that patents or trade marks have been granted in jurisdictions where they have not been registered.

## 15. Confidential marketplace intelligence and limited content permissions

Detailed marketplace intelligence, proprietary datasets, internal costs, strategies and confidential development records are restricted commercial information, subject to applicable privacy and third-party rights. Do not obtain, extract or disclose them without lawful authorisation. Customers, providers and third parties retain ownership of their photographs, quotations, software and independently owned materials. QMP receives only limited permissions needed to operate the marketplace, display authorised content, moderate it and retain necessary business records; private content remains private. Existing transaction confidentiality and statutory exceptions are preserved.

## 16. Country selection and international readiness

Country of residence or business operation and declared provider service countries are supplied by the user, not independently verified identity, residency or regulatory approval. They support country availability, local service coverage and lawful operational reporting. New Zealand remains the initial active market with existing New Zealand prices, agreements and banking. Other countries are interest-registration or coming soon until the owner confirms appropriate services, coverage, currencies, onboarding, support and applicable agreements. Country selection does not activate payments, invent taxes or grant access to another user’s private records. Any additional overseas disclosure, cross-border service or material new obligation requires its applicable lawful authority, notice and acceptance.

# Customer Agreement

Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Parties and scope

This agreement is between QMP, identified in the Terms of Use, and a customer using QMP to request property work, professional services, labour, bookings or goods. The provider or seller is a separate contracting party for the transaction unless expressly stated otherwise. The Terms of Use and relevant payment, privacy, review and dispute policies apply subject to lawful acceptance.

## 2. Free access and optional checks

Customers do not need a provider membership to accept a quote. Optional assessments, SiteScope and any future financial arrangement require their own disclosed terms and consent. A pending verification enquiry does not convert free registration into a paid subscription.

## 3. Job information and authority

Post a lawful request that accurately describes scope, location area, access constraints, hazards, timing and any approvals needed. Have permission to request the work, make a purchase and share photographs or information about the property. Your budget describes affordability, not a binding cap imposed on providers. Do not knowingly omit material risks or instruct unlicensed or unlawful work.

## 4. Quotes and shortlisting

Indicative estimates are not binding quotes. Review inclusions, exclusions, GST, materials, travel, programme and payment conditions. You control shortlisting up to five providers and approval of up to three for contact through the existing introduction process. Provider interest alone does not release protected contact details; contact is released through the mutual authorised process. Approval for contact is not award, a signed contract or proof of payment.

## 5. Addresses and confidential quotations

Competing quotations and detailed breakdowns are restricted to authorised audiences; detailed breakdowns are available to the customer after approval through the platform. Do not disclose one provider’s confidential quote to another without lawful authority. Precise job addresses are kept separately and are available to the awarded provider only when your precise-address sharing setting permits. Arrange necessary access deliberately and do not include private addresses or contact details in public text.

## 6. Acceptance and agreements

Before award or signature, confirm the actual supplier, price including GST where applicable, scope, start/completion arrangements, cancellation terms and deposit/progress schedule. Use the existing recorded acceptance and agreement-signing process. A generated template is a starting point and may require project-specific terms or professional advice. Keep your signed copy; QMP records the agreement version, fingerprint and signature timestamps without retroactively changing the parties.

## 7. Payment and changes

Pay the named provider directly as agreed unless an issued instruction expressly identifies a different authorised arrangement. QMP membership and verification payments are separate from job payments. Commission is paid by the successful supplier, not added to your agreed price. Agree material changes in scope, price or timing in writing before changed work proceeds; emergency safety action and statutory rights remain unaffected. A message alone must not be treated as confirmation of cleared funds.

## 8. Access, safety and quality

Provide agreed access, known hazard information and required customer approvals. Cooperate with reasonable safety measures and any duties applying to you under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. The provider remains responsible for its workmanship, lawful qualifications and obligations; QMP does not certify completion simply by hosting a listing or review. Do not confirm completion inaccurately or waive genuine defects under pressure.

## 9. Bookings, goods and labour

Read the provider’s disclosed booking conditions before making a request. A request is not acceptance until the authorised response is recorded. For goods, check condition, delivery, ownership and returns with the seller. For labour or recruitment, record who employs or engages the worker and who is responsible for induction, wages and safety; the marketplace does not determine employment status or assume employer obligations.

## 10. Optional neutral SiteScope

SiteScope is separately agreed, provider-neutral and optional, from NZ$350 plus GST. A standard scope covers one site visit, measurements, photographs and a neutral written description shared equally with invited providers. Travel, specialist input and extra visits must be quoted and approved first. A scope is not a building consent, valuation, engineering certification or guarantee of hidden conditions; any specialist deliverables must be expressly commissioned. No SiteScope enquiry authorises a financial assessment.

## 11. Cancellation, feedback and assistance

Notify the other transaction party promptly about cancellation, defects or disagreement and follow the accepted agreement and Cancellation and Refund Policy. You may give genuine feedback, seek a review correction or appeal and request a Call Centre case without being required to change a rating. QMP may facilitate communication but does not adjudicate the supplier’s contract.

## 12. Rights, notices and law

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. No blanket business-use exclusion applies.

# Provider and Contractor Agreement

Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Parties and supplier status

This agreement governs the relationship between QMP and the provider account holder. Your legal business or individual identity must accurately identify the supplier in each quote and agreement. QMP is an independent marketplace and does not become your employer, agent for accepting work or guarantor of payment merely by matching or recording a transaction. Affiliated providers remain separately accountable.

## 2. Eligibility and credentials

Maintain the licences, registrations, qualifications, insurance and approvals legally required for the specific work you undertake. Do not claim a confirmed badge based on self-declared information. Credential verification confirms only the scope and status of the recorded check; comply with any additional regulator or site requirement. Notify QMP of material changes that make a listing or badge inaccurate and do not bid for regulated work you cannot lawfully perform.

## 3. Membership and verification

Creating a provider profile is free. Protected job access, quoting and LiveMatch interest require the existing NZ$10 monthly GST-inclusive membership conditions. NZ$10 GST-inclusive identity verification, where required, is separate and charged once for a valid identity; NZBN lookup is free. An honest “I’ve paid” report places membership in pending with full access while the bank receipt is checked. This is not confirmed payment; access may be suspended for unresolved payment or account issues.

## 4. Quotes and commercial accuracy

State the supplier, work scope, inclusions, exclusions, GST status, full agreed price, materials, travel, programme and payment milestones clearly. Do not submit misleading low quotes followed by undisclosed compulsory charges. Unsuccessful quotations and site visits do not incur marketplace commission. Pricing is your responsibility, subject to applicable consumer and competition law.

## 5. Protected introductions and data

Respect customer-controlled shortlisting and contact approval. Do not evade redaction, obtain hidden addresses or disclose protected contact data. Precise-address access depends on award and the customer’s sharing setting. Use authorised customer information only to supply the agreed transaction and meet lawful record obligations; do not scrape leads or access a competitor’s confidential bid.

## 6. Award, contract and variations

Award and recorded contract acceptance identify the agreed transaction but do not prove that funds have cleared. Review and sign the actual agreement in the permitted process. State who contracts, scope, programme, price, deposits and completion criteria. Agree variations in writing before proceeding, including their price and timing effect; preserve required statutory notices and payment-claim procedures. Do not overwrite a signed version.

## 7. Commission and milestones

The successful provider, merchant or seller pays one commission per successful marketplace transaction: 5.9% of the agreed GST-inclusive transaction price, capped at NZ$590 including GST. GST is included, never added on top, and the commission must not be added to the customer’s agreed price. Half is invoiced when the provider receives the customer’s deposit or first agreed payment; the other half at completion or fulfilment. Each invoice is payable within 7 days. A NZ$10,000 transaction has NZ$590 total commission: NZ$295 at each milestone, both including GST. Award may create an accounting accrual but is not evidence of payment or permission to collect funds. Collection follows separately accepted commission terms and authorised financial controls. A site visit or unsuccessful quote does not trigger a fee. Jobs must not be split to evade the cap. Cancellations and refunds adjust commission to reflect the actual successful transaction, with documented adjustments rather than overwritten invoices. Existing separately agreed lawful exceptions retain their own terms.

## 8. Workmanship, safety and customer remedies

Perform with the reasonable care, skill and diligence required by law and the accepted agreement. Manage safety, subcontractors, consent requirements and legally required documentation. Do not represent QMP as certifying your work. Address defects and lawful customer remedies promptly, and provide accurate progress and completion records. Your subcontracting arrangements do not remove obligations you owe the customer.

## 9. Labour, recruitment and professional services

Record who employs or engages workers, supplies equipment, pays wages and taxes, manages ACC and provides supervision and site induction. Meet applicable employment, immigration, professional and safety duties; a label such as contractor does not determine legal status. Customers retain their own workplace duties. Project-specific lawful recruitment or labour terms must be expressly agreed; this document creates no new recruitment charge or worker fee.

## 10. Cancellations, records and disputes

Apply the actual agreed cancellation terms and statutory remedies, rather than inventing penalties. Provide evidence of completed work, approved variations, payments and refunds. QMP commission adjustments are recorded separately from your customer refund. Cooperate with authorised case investigation without disclosing competitors’ quotes, pressuring reviews or demanding waiver of consumer rights.

## 11. Restrictions and independence

QMP may restrict access for false credentials, safety risks, serious misuse, unpaid obligations or unresolved verification according to the Terms of Use. Membership cancellation does not extinguish existing supplier obligations or properly accrued commission. You may seek a recorded support review and reinstatement when the underlying issue is resolved. No affiliation gives preferential access to private competitor records.

## 12. Rights, notices and law

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. No blanket business-use exclusion applies.

# Seller and Merchant Listings Agreement

Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Parties and permitted listings

This agreement is between QMP and the seller or merchant account holder using the existing marketplace and shops. The named seller supplies the goods or listing; QMP does not acquire ownership or become the seller merely by hosting an order. Only offerings permitted by the existing platform and applicable law may be listed.

## 2. Identity and authority

Identify the actual selling entity and whether you are acting in trade. You must own the offered goods or have lawful authority to sell them and use any brand, photograph or description. Maintain business details and any required verification. Restricted account actions remain subject to existing permissions; a seller role does not grant staff or owner powers.

## 3. Description, pricing and availability

Give accurate condition, specifications, quantity, availability, full price and applicable GST, delivery charges and material restrictions before acceptance. Do not imply invented certifications, reviews or completed transactions. Make delivery, installation and returns arrangements clear and do not substitute materially different goods without the customer’s informed agreement.

## 4. Regulated offerings and safety

Comply with product safety, restricted-goods, licensing, advertising and consumer law. Real estate and professional offerings require the appropriate New Zealand authority and disclosures; a marketplace listing is not a real estate licence. Do not sell stolen, counterfeit or unlawfully hazardous goods. For recovery items, distinguish customer statements from assessed outcomes, respect hazard restrictions and publish offers only through the permitted opt-in process.

## 5. Order acceptance and fulfilment

Review the order and any accepted delivery or collection conditions, identify the contracting seller and record the agreed transaction. An order request, reported transfer or accounting entry does not confirm funds. Provide accurate fulfilment records and notify the customer promptly of a problem, proposed change or inability to supply. Do not mark an unfulfilled order fulfilled to create a review entitlement.

## 6. Charges and commission

No listing fee, compulsory subscription or additional merchant charge is invented here. Where an account also uses protected provider quoting, the existing provider membership conditions apply to that feature. Existing specially agreed lawful transactions retain their own recorded terms.

## 7. Payments and records

Follow the actual agreed customer payment arrangement and QMP-issued fee instructions. QMP fees received through Turnkey Group Limited are distinct from the seller’s own sales receipts. Preserve invoice, receipt, refund and order references. Do not describe a pending payment as bank-confirmed or use a historic supplier identity for a new invoice incorrectly.

## 8. Returns and quality

Meet applicable consumer guarantees and any lawful additional promises you make. A personal-sale label does not remove obligations if you are actually acting in trade. Disclose change-of-mind conditions before purchase, without restricting mandatory fault or misdescription remedies. Refunds, cancellations, delivery failure and replacement are handled under the accepted contract and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

## 9. Intellectual property and customer information

Retain your own intellectual property while permitting QMP to display authorised listing content for its intended purpose. Do not infringe another person’s rights, scrape customer records or use private fulfilment details for unrelated marketing without lawful authority. Public listings must not expose unnecessary home addresses, identity information or private documents.

## 10. Reviews, complaints and restrictions

Eligible genuine fulfilled-order feedback is separate from job reviews, bookings and community Likes. Cooperate fairly with review and complaint handling regardless of sentiment. QMP may proportionately restrict misleading or unlawful listings and offer a support review. Removal does not erase fulfilled-order obligations, statutory remedies or historical evidence.

## 11. Rights, notices and law

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. No blanket business-use exclusion applies.

# Membership and Payment Terms

Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Parties and approved fees

QMP supplies marketplace account services as the registered operator identified above. Quoted provider work and goods prices are separate. The approved optional SiteScope service starts at NZ$350 plus GST, with travel, specialist work and extra visits quoted and approved before adding them.

## 2. Receiving company and bank

QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED is the marketplace company and supplier of its own fees. Turnkey Group Limited is a separate company under common ownership and currently holds the receiving Kiwibank account for QMP payments. Payment instructions identify that actual account holder; common ownership does not merge the companies or transfer historical contractual obligations. Use the currently saved instructions for your specific payment, not account details copied from an old document.

## 3. Transfer procedure

Obtain the unique payment reference and issued amount, check the account-holder and bank details in your authenticated payment instructions, and make the bank transfer using that reference. Verify unexpected changes through the official business contact before sending funds. Do not include sensitive identity or report details in transfer narration. A quote or general bank description is not authority for a new charge.

## 4. Pending membership and confirmation

After actually transferring membership funds, report “I’ve paid” through the existing action. Membership becomes pending with full access while receipt is checked and authorised staff are notified. The report is your declaration, not confirmed payment, a receipt or an automatic bank integration. An authorised financial confirmation following actual bank evidence changes payment status; the owner’s protected controls remain in place. Unresolved payment or account problems may result in suspension and a support review.

## 5. Monthly renewal and cancellation

Membership is NZ$10 including GST for a monthly period. The existing account record identifies the applicable paid period and renewal information. Renew by the currently available authorised payment method; manual bank transfers do not authorise QMP to debit your bank account automatically. Cancel at any time through the existing membership control or support. Cancellation stops future renewal requests and ordinary paid access continues to the end of the paid period, subject to lawful suspension for a separate issue. This document creates no new lock-in, grace entitlement or cancellation penalty.

## 6. Identity verification and failed journeys

The NZ$10 GST-inclusive identity charge is separate from membership and is once for a valid identity, not a recurring subscription or permission to charge every attempt. Review the purpose, fee and external provider notice before authorisation. The existing Didit session requires the financial confirmation prescribed by the platform. Opening a verification link or returning from it does not establish approval. If a session fails, expires or needs review, use support before any repeat charge or refund determination; no automatic duplicate fee or blanket no-refund rule is created.

## 7. Optional financial assessment

A Centrix assessment is NZ$29.99 including GST per separately consented, lawfully authorised assessment. It is not required for registration, ordinary quotes or SiteScope. Staff must confirm service permission, purpose and report pricing before ordering; an enquiry does not itself order a report or collect the fee. Explain the proposed assessment and obtain explicit consent before proceeding. An outcome does not guarantee finance or automatically reject a marketplace request.

## 8. Commission payment conditions

## 9. Job payments and future finance

Pay providers or sellers under the actual transaction agreement. Deposits, progress, milestone or instalment arrangements depend on that supplier’s written agreement and any applicable credit law. QMP and PayMeProperty do not lend money or guarantee approval or interest. Calculator outputs are illustrations, not offers of credit. Kiwibank’s role here is banking, not a confirmed lending partnership. No future card, open-banking or finance option is activated by these terms; Grass remains in its current restricted state.

## 10. Invoices, receipts and refunds

Invoices identify the legal supplier, current receiving-bank identity, unique reference, amount, GST and available transaction/location context. A receipt follows authorised confirmation of actual received funds, not a customer click. Preserve original issued records, with separately recorded corrections, credits and refunds. Refund requests follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy and statutory rights; this document does not automatically confirm a refund or overwrite a previous financial record.

## 11. Notices, rights and law

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. No blanket business-use exclusion applies.

# Privacy Policy

Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Agency and scope

Quote Me Property Limited is responsible for personal information it handles in operating QMP. Contact the privacy officer through quotemepropertynz@gmail.com. This policy covers accounts, transactions, checks, private records, support, reviews and operational analytics. Separate providers and sellers are responsible for their own handling; this policy does not authorise unlimited sharing with them.

## 2. Collection and purposes

QMP collects information reasonably necessary for accounts and authorised marketplace functions: contact and business details, roles, service areas, job and quote information, bookings and orders, payment references/status, agreement acceptances and signatures, verification references/outcomes, consent records, reviews and support history. Purposes include supplying the requested service, preventing fraud, managing safety and permissions, processing authorised payments and complaints, and meeting legal record obligations. Collect from you where practicable and provide purpose-specific notice when another lawful source is needed.

## 3. Choices and mandatory information

Required account or transaction fields are identified in the relevant process; withholding necessary information may prevent that specific feature rather than remove ordinary free registration. Marketing, location access, optional assessment and public review-photo use require their applicable choices or consents. Do not provide another person’s information without lawful authority. A general terms checkbox is not consent for every optional check, publicity or marketing use.

## 4. Identity verification through Didit

Didit is the existing primary hosted identity-verification provider. Relevant information submitted in its authorised verification journey may be processed by Didit under its applicable notice and contractual arrangements, including processing needed for that check. QMP retains necessary session/reference, status and audit information, not a repository of raw identity images or biometrics. Explain the relevant journey and obtain appropriate authority or consent before proceeding. Only an authenticated matching provider result establishes the recorded outcome; verification is not proof of every legal obligation or professional qualification.

## 5. Centrix and financial information

Financial assessment is optional, separately purpose-specific and explicitly consented. Before any authorised Centrix report, confirm a lawful purpose, service permissions and the applicable notice and fee. Assessment enquiries are not automatic report orders. Restrict sensitive outcomes to the permitted purpose and authorised audience; do not send confidential reports through ordinary email. QMP does not treat a report as automatic rejection or guarantee of lending.

## 6. Addresses, contact and quotations

Public jobs and scheduling expose permitted area/date information, not exact addresses, customer identifiers or competing bids. Exact job addresses are stored separately and readable by the awarded provider only where the customer’s precise-sharing setting is on. Contacts are released only through the authorised mutual introduction process. Pre-approval messages are redacted and detailed bid breakdowns are restricted until customer approval. Do not treat location opt-in as consent to publish a home address.

## 7. Documents, photographs and reviews

Private agreements, records and photographs are restricted to their intended audience by access controls. Approved public provider media is supplied through controlled signed access, rather than exposing all uploads. Optional review photographs require the contributor’s authority and publication consent and remain private until approval; signed public access is limited to approved material. Job document uploads remain blocked where the existing malware safeguard requires it. Verified transaction reviews, community ratings and Likes are distinct. Public Like displays use aggregate counts; individual Like records are private to their permitted audience.

## 8. Call Centre, staff and communications

Support cases hold necessary enquiry, routing, assignment, follow-up and resolution records, with append-only case history and limited internal access. Staff permissions are task-specific; staff status does not grant owner finance powers or unrestricted private-record access. Notifications arise from real marketplace events and user preferences. Business email uses generic privacy-protective messages where appropriate; sensitive records should be opened through their authorised account access.

## 9. Analytics, device functions and installation

Owner insights use permitted operational records and aggregate visitor/page activity, trends and approximate device, referral or country/region information where lawfully available. QMP does not identify anonymous visitors by name. Signed-in activity remains within existing permissions. Device location is opt-in; voice and translation use the existing device-based functions, which may depend on device/browser services and permissions. The installable web app has a static offline fallback; private records and authenticated navigation responses are not intentionally cached for offline use.

## 10. External recipients and overseas handling

Authorised recipients may include the supplying provider or seller for the agreed transaction, Didit for identity checks, Centrix for separately authorised assessments, Kiwibank and Turnkey Group Limited for receiving and reconciling payments, and existing hosting, storage and business email processors for their limited functions. Information may be processed outside New Zealand where these services actually operate. QMP must assess applicable Privacy Act safeguards, purpose restrictions and contractual protections before disclosure; an overseas processor acting only as an agent is distinguished from an independent recipient. Where informed authorisation is legally relied on for an overseas disclosure, provide the required explanation first. This policy is not blanket consent to unassessed overseas disclosure.

## 11. Security and incidents

QMP uses existing authentication, restricted database and storage access, protected owner two-step controls and audit histories to reduce unauthorised use. No system can guarantee perfect security. Report suspected exposure through the privacy contact without forwarding unnecessary sensitive copies. QMP will assess incidents, contain and investigate them, and notify the Privacy Commissioner and affected people as soon as practicable when required by the Privacy Act 2020 serious-harm threshold and applicable exceptions.

## 12. Retention and deletion

Keep personal information only for as long as needed for the lawful purpose, including transaction administration, dispute handling, security and applicable accounting/tax record requirements. Apply any legally required period to the relevant record rather than an invented universal retention term. Requests to close an account do not automatically destroy signed contracts, audit evidence or required financial records. Restrict retained records and delete or anonymise information when its purpose and legal retention need end; confidential history must not become a public archive.

## 13. Access, correction and privacy complaints

You may request access to and correction of your information through the privacy contact. QMP may verify identity proportionately, respond within applicable statutory timeframes (ordinarily a decision within 20 working days, subject to lawful extension) and explain any lawful refusal. If a correction is not made, request that a statement of correction be attached as required by law. Raise privacy concerns with QMP or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner; no mandatory waiver or review change is required. Withdrawal of optional consent affects future processing subject to lawful retained records and obligations.

## 14. Updates and governing framework

New processing purposes or material changes require an updated notice and any further lawful authority or consent before use. Historical consent and agreement records are preserved rather than re-labelled. This policy operates under the Privacy Act 2020 and does not assert that external-provider use automatically satisfies all obligations. Applicable processing arrangements and lawful authority must be confirmed before the relevant processing takes place.

## 15. Optional first-party activity measurement

With your optional analytics choice, QMP records bounded events for public page visits, button clicks, selected service categories, category searches and no-result searches, quote-wizard starts and completions, job-posting starts and completions, booking enquiries, call-request clicks, registrations, merchant enquiries, review interactions and country or broad region selections. Event references and recording timestamps are generated by the system. Device class and grouped referral source may be included; query strings, raw search text, private-page activity, passwords, identity-document contents, private messages and payment credentials are not collected by this measurement. Searches are reduced to recognised service categories, not retained verbatim. Browser-session counts are deduplicated per day; no identity or cross-day individual browsing history is attached to event rows. Counts cover consented activity only and are not all visitors or independently verified people. Declining or withdrawing optional analytics does not prevent ordinary use. Do Not Track is respected. Detailed reports and audited exports are available only to owner-MFA or explicitly authorised internal intelligence personnel with two-step verification; finance and raw records remain owner-restricted. Retention is limited to the reporting purpose, with event and daily deduplication records removed after the configured one-year reporting window.

# Cancellation and Refund Policy

Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Scope and parties

This policy covers requests relating to QMP’s own marketplace fees and explains how to seek help with separate provider/seller transactions. The actual supplier remains responsible for its contract and statutory remedies. Identify whether the disputed amount is membership, verification, assessment, SiteScope, commission or the provider’s own job/order payment.

## 2. Membership cancellation

Cancel through the existing membership control or contact support. No new cancellation fee or minimum term is introduced. Ordinary paid access continues to the end of the recorded paid period, subject to a separate lawful restriction. Manual transfer renewal is not an automatic debit instruction. Cancellation does not erase completed transactions or an outstanding lawful obligation; use support if the recorded period or renewal request is incorrect.

## 3. Pending payments and mistakes

An “I’ve paid” report creates pending membership access while bank evidence is checked; it does not prove funds arrived. Supply the unique reference and relevant transfer details if reconciliation is needed, without disclosing a full private bank statement unnecessarily. QMP will investigate duplicate, wrong-reference, missing or misdirected payments. Do not make a second transfer simply to correct a status problem without checking the issued instructions.

## 4. One-off identity fees

The NZ$10 GST-inclusive charge is once for a valid identity, separate from membership. Failed, expired or review-required journeys are handled through support before any new payment is requested. Refund or repeat-service entitlement depends on what was authorised, what was actually supplied, any failure attributable to the service and applicable law. No blanket forfeiture for a failed check or recurring attempt fee is created.

## 5. Optional assessments and SiteScope

Contact QMP promptly if you wish to cancel a separately authorised assessment or SiteScope. An assessment enquiry without an authorised order does not establish that a report was bought. Any charge for supplied SiteScope work or approved extras follows the actual accepted scope and lawful cancellation terms. No new cancellation percentage, administrative fee or unapproved expense is introduced. Faults and non-supply remain subject to statutory remedies.

## 6. Jobs, bookings and orders

Notify the actual provider/seller and use the accepted transaction conditions for cancellation, delivery, booking changes and returns. Agree changes in writing, recording completed work, materials and any lawful entitlement accurately. There is no universal change-of-mind refund right for all purchases; disclose additional offered rights before acceptance. Applicable rights for faults, misleading descriptions, non-supply or statutory cancellation cannot be removed by this policy.

## 7. Commission adjustments

One approved commission relates to the actual successful transaction, not an unsuccessful quote or site visit. Cancellation, reduced scope or customer refunds may require documented commission adjustments under the separately accepted terms. Preserve original accruals and invoices and record the adjustment or credit separately. A proposed cancellation is not automatic refund confirmation and does not authorise double commission.

## 8. Request and evidence

Explain the transaction, amount, reason and remedy sought; attach only relevant evidence through an authorised channel. QMP records the case, may route it to the appropriate Call Centre/finance department and requests proportionate information. You do not have to remove a negative review or abandon legal rights to obtain assistance.

## 9. Decisions and payment records

Authorised staff determine and record QMP fee adjustments or refunds within their permissions, based on the supplied service, agreement and law. Financial status changes follow the protected financial process; a client click cannot approve payment or refund. Receipts follow actual receipt confirmation. Communicate the outcome and any next action through the case/notification process, preserving financial history and original legal parties.

## 10. Suspension, reinstatement and appeals

Proportionate restriction may be needed for false payment reports, serious fraud or unresolved account issues. Where lawful and practicable explain the reason and provide a review route; urgent safety/security action may precede notice. Resolving the issue may allow authorised reinstatement. Suspension does not extinguish refund rights or entitle QMP to confiscate funds without lawful basis.

## 11. Consumer rights and escalation

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. No blanket business-use exclusion applies. No automatic “non-refundable” rule is imposed on a service that fails its legal guarantees. If unresolved, request escalation through the existing case or contact an appropriate consumer authority, tribunal or court. New Zealand law applies. Parties may seek help through QMP support, an appropriate regulator, the Disputes Tribunal or a competent court. Informal resolution is encouraged but does not prevent urgent relief or statutory remedies, and does not stop statutory time limits.

# Promotion Terms

Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Scope and promoter

QMP is the promoter only of offers expressly issued by the marketplace. These terms do not activate a paid promotion, third-party offer, Grass purchase or chance-based entry. A demonstration is not a promise of a live prize. Each operational offer requires its own approved rules and lawful eligibility and redemption details before it is made available.

## 2. Offer-specific disclosure

Before entry, disclose the offer, eligibility, start/end dates where applicable, number and nature of benefits, any chance-based selection method and actual probabilities, redemption conditions and relevant exclusions. Do not advertise invented odds, value or available prizes. If those particulars are not established, the offer is not ready for live issue; these general terms do not fill missing particulars.

## 3. Existing free welcome entry

The existing welcome-ticket concept permits one free entry per eligible new person, with discount outcomes only as expressly disclosed in the approved offer. Eligibility and duplicate-prevention checks must be proportionate and cannot create a compulsory paid entry. A demo result is not a payment receipt or an enforceable undisclosed future benefit.

## 4. No paid chance-based entry

Do not require a purchase, payment, paid verification or subscription as an invented condition of a free entry. Paid chance-based entry is not authorised by these documents and requires separate owner approval and legal compliance assessment before any activation. Avoid misleading inducements or representations about winning.

## 5. Discount use

Approved discounts apply only to the stated QMP fees, not the provider’s independent price, taxes outside the stated offer or cash payments to customers. The offer must state redemption timing, any approved combination limits and whether a discount is one-off. No expiry, forfeiture, stacking restriction or renewal discount is invented by this general policy. Preserve issued benefits under the rules actually offered.

## 6. Fairness and fraud

Do not use duplicate identities, false accounts or unlawful interference to obtain additional entries. QMP may investigate credible misuse, record its reasons and offer a review process where appropriate. A reasonable fraud check must not become a requirement to publish a positive review or expose private information unnecessarily.

## 7. Reviews and publicity

No promotion requires a positive rating, removal of criticism, submission of a Google review or public use of a person’s image. Participation does not automatically authorise publicity or unrelated marketing. Obtain a separate lawful choice for any such use and respect the Privacy Policy.

## 8. Changes and unavailable benefits

Explain any proposed change and treat existing valid entries and issued benefits fairly under their offered rules and applicable law. Do not silently withdraw a promised benefit or substitute undisclosed terms. If an error or unavailable benefit occurs, contact the affected participant, record the issue and provide the lawful remedy rather than fabricating a result.

## 9. Complaints, rights and law

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. No blanket business-use exclusion applies. Any complete live-offer schedule remains subject to owner approval; no actual odds, dates or redemption entitlement are invented in this release.

# Review and Moderation Policy

Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Purpose and scope

QMP’s Reviews and Customer Satisfaction Centre supports genuine feedback about eligible marketplace transactions, using the existing reviews, booking/order feedback and support systems. QMP is responsible for its own moderation process. Community ratings, Likes and external Google reviews are distinct from confirmed QMP transaction reviews.

## 2. Eligibility and verified labels

Completed-job feedback remains in the existing job review system. Booking feedback applies to an accepted, completed booking without a job-linked duplicate; job-linked feedback remains with the job. Merchant-order feedback requires a fulfilled order. Submit only as an eligible participant in a genuine transaction, not as the supplier reviewing themselves. A verified label indicates the confirmed transaction/check applicable to that record, not a guarantee that every statement is independently proved.

## 3. Submission requirements

Use the existing form to give one to five stars, honest written feedback, the relevant reference/category and any optional help request. Timestamp and account/transaction context are recorded through the authorised process. Do not invent transactions, use duplicate accounts, submit defamatory or knowingly false allegations, threaten people, include confidential quotations or publish unnecessary contact or identity details.

## 4. Photographs and consent

Photos are optional. Supply only images you have authority to use, with informed consent for the proposed publication and without avoidable private addresses, faces, identity documents or confidential material. Review photos remain private until moderation approval and are exposed only through approved signed access. Consent does not transfer ownership or remove another person’s lawful rights; raise withdrawal or privacy concerns through support.

## 5. Fair moderation

Apply the same eligibility, safety, privacy and authenticity standards to favourable and unfavourable feedback. Genuine negative reviews are not suppressed merely because they are unfavourable. The moderation target is within five working days, not a guaranteed decision deadline or automatic approval. Content may be held or restricted for a recorded reason such as ineligibility, abuse, privacy risk, duplication or credible fraud; opinion alone is not misconduct.

## 6. Originals and corrections

Preserve original submissions and audited moderation/revision history. A reviewer may voluntarily request a correction through the existing permitted action; record the change without silently rewriting the original. Do not pressure a reviewer, offer a remedy conditional on changing a rating or allow staff to impersonate the reviewer. A correction does not erase a complaint or financial history.

## 7. Complaints and investigation

A help request may create or link an existing support case with a reference, category, department, assignment, status and follow-up history. Authorised staff investigate proportionately, seek relevant information from permitted parties and communicate the outcome through the case process. A dispute does not by itself prove a review false, and review moderation does not adjudicate the underlying contract.

## 8. Appeals and supplier responses

Request review of a moderation decision or a suspected fraudulent submission through Your reviews or QMP support, identifying the record and reason. An authorised reviewer considers the applicable evidence and records the outcome. Any permitted response must be factual, lawful and privacy-respecting. No party obtains a right to delete genuine criticism solely because it disagrees with it.

## 9. Statistics, Likes and Google

Public totals and ratings reflect eligible approved live records, not invented completed jobs or demo-provider ratings. Satisfaction calculations and Like aggregates remain distinct and do not identify anonymous visitors or individual private Likes. Google reviews stay on Google under its rules; QMP provides only the owner-configured valid link and does not automatically submit, import or certify external reviews or incentivise positivity.

## 10. Rights, notices and law

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. No blanket business-use exclusion applies. Privacy access/correction rights and remedies for unlawful content remain available independently of a moderation appeal. New Zealand law applies. Parties may seek help through QMP support, an appropriate regulator, the Disputes Tribunal or a competent court. Informal resolution is encouraged but does not prevent urgent relief or statutory remedies, and does not stop statutory time limits.

# Disputes and Acceptable Use Policy

Version: 4.3 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Scope and parties

This policy governs QMP support and permitted marketplace use between QMP and account holders/visitors. A supplier dispute remains between the actual transaction parties, subject to their agreement and law. QMP facilitates triage and communication but is not a court, arbitrator or guarantor of the supplier’s obligations.

## 2. Opening and routing a case

Use the existing support or review-help process and state the category, transaction reference, issue and remedy sought. QMP reuses its existing support case reference rather than requiring a new external ticketing service. The case may be routed to an appropriate department and authorised staff member, with status and follow-up recorded.

## 3. Evidence and investigation

Keep relevant quotes, signed agreements, variations, photographs, delivery/completion and payment evidence. Supply only necessary information through permitted channels. Case events and internal history are append-only and access-limited. Staff may seek information from authorised parties and escalate within their permissions; a complaint does not grant access to competitors’ bids or unrelated records.

## 4. Financial and verification boundaries

Call Centre assistance does not allow staff to impersonate users, sign agreements, approve identity checks or confirm funds outside their specific authority. Bank-confirmed payments and refunds remain subject to the existing protected finance controls. Didit results require authenticated provider evidence; a user statement or complaint outcome cannot fabricate verification.

## 5. Outcomes and escalation

Record the action, authorised resolution or escalation and appropriate customer notification in the existing case. An informal proposal binds a party only through its actual lawful acceptance; staff cannot impose a provider settlement merely by changing a case status. You may request further review or approach a regulator, tribunal or court without changing a genuine rating. Targets for follow-up are not invented guaranteed outcomes.

## 6. Lawful and respectful use

Do not submit unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, fraudulent or knowingly misleading content; harass staff or users; impersonate identities; or procure illegal or unsafe work. Respect other people’s intellectual property, confidential information and lawful expression. Report imminent danger to the appropriate emergency authority rather than relying on marketplace support as an emergency service.

## 7. Platform and data protection

Do not scrape or bulk-harvest listings, contacts, private records or proprietary databases; bypass access checks or message redaction; interfere with software or availability; upload malicious material; or exploit account/payment processes. Lawful statutory exceptions and authorised uses remain applicable. Owner registers and confidential documentation are not public simply because the site is publicly accessible.

## 8. Privacy and protected information

Do not publish identity documents, financial reports, unnecessary home addresses, private case history, confidential quotes or another person’s contact data without lawful authority and the intended access process. Public location data, reviews and Likes must remain limited to their approved purpose and audience. Use the Privacy Policy route for access, correction, exposure or incident concerns.

## 9. Enforcement and review

QMP may proportionately remove unlawful content or restrict access to address serious misuse, fraud, unsafe conduct, unpaid obligations or security risks. Record reasons and provide notice and a support review where lawful and practicable; urgent protection may precede notice. Restriction is not authority to rewrite agreements, erase legitimate criticism, confiscate funds or remove statutory remedies. Reinstatement follows authorised resolution of the recorded issue.

## 10. Continuing records and obligations

Closing a case or account does not cancel the actual supplier contract, lawfully due sums, privacy obligations or required record retention. Preserve historical legal parties, acceptance timestamps, financial references and original signed text. Material changes to this policy require appropriate notice and further acceptance where required.

## 11. Consumer rights and law

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. No blanket business-use exclusion applies. New Zealand law applies. Parties may seek help through QMP support, an appropriate regulator, the Disputes Tribunal or a competent court. Informal resolution is encouraged but does not prevent urgent relief or statutory remedies, and does not stop statutory time limits. Relevant employment, construction-contract, professional-regulation and privacy processes remain available where applicable; this policy is not compulsory arbitration or a waiver of urgent relief.

# Terms of Use

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

# Customer Agreement

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

# Provider and Contractor Agreement

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

# Seller and Merchant Listings Agreement

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

# Membership and Payment Terms

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

## 1. Parties and approved fees

QMP supplies marketplace account services as the registered operator identified above.

# Privacy Policy

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

# Cancellation and Refund Policy

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

Any complete live-offer schedule remains subject to owner approval; no actual odds, dates or redemption entitlement are invented in this release.

# Review and Moderation Policy

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

Version: 4.2 | Updated: 22 October 2026 | Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (9467453; NZBN 9429054042735)
Contact: quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

Version 4.4 · Updated 27 October 2026 · Effective 27 October 2026
QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED · quotemepropertynz@gmail.com

  1. 1. Parties and application

QUOTE ME PROPERTY LIMITED (company 9467453, NZBN 9429054042735), a New Zealand company trading as Quote Me Property, operates the marketplace at https://quotemeproperty.com (QMP, we, us). These owner-approved terms are dated 27 October 2026 and apply subject to appropriate notice and lawful acceptance. Publication does not replace an account’s previously recorded acceptance or a signed transaction agreement.

  17. 17. ID Security Check and starting straight away

Providers, contractors, property specialists and sellers complete a one-off NZ$10 ID Security Check (GST included). It is compulsory, but you may join and use Quote Me Property straight away and have 30 days from signup to complete it. Friendly reminders are sent during that period. You cannot advertise, publish a listing, quote on jobs or open a shop until the ID check is completed and the NZ$10 is paid or waived by the owner. The fee exists to keep users genuine and protect the platform and its community; it is not a subscription.

  18. 18. Analytics on our website and services

Quote Me Property uses optional, consent-based first-party analytics to understand how the website and services are used and to improve them. See the Cookies and Analytics Policy. Declining analytics never limits ordinary use. QMP does not sell personal information.
